She gained an understanding of the inner workings of businesses and learned how to work with businesses of every kind. Jessica is able to bring this business sense to every project she works on. She has experience working for schools districts, municipalities, and non-profits. She has worked her way up from executive assistant, to project manager, to executive director. As the demand for her skills grew she founded Nelson Capital Project Management.
Jessica has managed projects as large the $9 million Advance Soccer Complex and as complicated as district wide furniture purchases for Enid Public Schools . Jessica is an expert at creating public-private partnerships. The most successful public-private partnerships she created was between the City of Enid and The Enid Sports Association, which culminated in a $3 million contribution from the City of Enid. Jessica loves building relationships and has great working relationships with many community leaders, architects and contractors and she would love to talk with you about your next project.
